All homes are pre-wired for ceiling fans, telephones, cable television and a garage door opener. Standard construction includes such important details as exterior outlets, hose bibs, a steel garage door, marble windowsills and skip trowel drywall finish. Among our included upgrades are dimensional shingles and Colonial doors and trim, offered on select home designs.
