Marvin Development Corp is a Fort Myers Florida based home building company and has built over 3500 homes in cities such as Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs, Golden Gate Estates, and Ft. Myers. Marvin Homes has also built in fine southwest Florida communities such as the Wildcat Run, Spanish Wells, the Veranda, Caloosa Preserve, the Rookery, Bonita Springs Country Club, Longshore Lakes, Pine Shadows Air Park, Imperial Golf Estates, St. Charles Harbour, and Gulf Harbour, and the Brooks.

More than a quarter of a century ago Marvin Development Corporation was conceived with the notion that a well constructed and well designed home could be built and sold at a fair price. Our motto at the time was "the builder who puts you first." Three thousand homes later the company's philosophy has not changed. The number of awards we have received shows proof of that. We are one of less than 50 "Diamond Builders" in the United States. That award is presented to builders who continually demonstrate technical competence, financial stability, and customer satisfaction. On a statewide level we are the 2002 Florida "Builder of the Year." Locally we have been named "Builder of the Year" six other times since 1972.
