Who We Are

Richard Durling, the current President of Marvin, has been building an unsurpassed reputation for excellence since 1972 with the notion that a well constructed and well designed home could be built and sold at a fair price. The company quickly established itself by building affordable, quality homes, enabling hundreds of families to enjoy the many benefits of home ownership. Our motto at the time was "The builder who puts you first."

Nearly 4 decades later, the company's philosophy has not changed. Quality of construction and commitment to customer satisfaction remains our top priority. Marvin has long been known for its enhanced sophistication, backed by the company's financial stability and quality performance.
